What Alphane AI Is
Alphane AI lets users chat with AI characters, create character and story cards, and keep memory continuity across selected experiences. AI characters are fictional software experiences. They are not human, not sentient, and should not be treated as a source of professional, emergency, medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice.
Broad Audience Safeguards
Alphane AI is designed for a broad audience with age-appropriate safeguards. Public discovery surfaces are expected to remain suitable for general public listing. Some features, content types, or account capabilities may be limited by account settings, region, policy requirements, safety signals, or additional verification.
Public Content Review
Public characters, stories, creator profiles, and community content may be reviewed before or after publication. Review may include automated systems and human review. Content that violates policy may be rejected, made private, restricted, removed, or used to improve safety systems.
AI Character Boundaries
AI characters may feel expressive, consistent, or emotionally responsive, but they are generated by AI systems. They do not have human consciousness, independent feelings, real-world authority, or personal awareness. Creators and users must not present AI characters as real humans, sentient beings, licensed professionals, emergency responders, official representatives, or endorsed public figures in a misleading way.
Mental Health and Crisis Limits
Alphane AI is not a crisis service and AI characters are not licensed mental health professionals. AI responses can be inaccurate or inappropriate. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services immediately and reach out to a trusted person near you.
Romance and Roleplay Boundaries
Alphane allows fictional companionship, emotional roleplay, non-explicit dating scenarios, and light flirtation when they remain story-focused and comply with safety rules. Public content must not include sexual roleplay, explicit sexual descriptions, sexual violence, sexualized physical intimacy, or any sexualization of minors.
Age-Appropriate Safety
Some content, features, verification requirements, or access rules may vary by age, region, platform, account status, and legal requirement. Public content must be suitable for broad discovery. Minor characters must not be placed in romantic, suggestive, sexual, exploitative, or age-inappropriate scenarios.
Memory and Privacy Controls
Memory continuity can make AI interactions feel connected over time. Users should avoid entering sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the experience. Reporting and Enforcement
Users can report characters, stories, profiles, messages, or behavior that may violate Alphane policies. Reports may lead to review, warnings, content restrictions, removal, account limits, or suspension. Alphane may also act on safety issues without a user report.
