Creator Policy
This Creator Policy explains what creators may publish on Alphane AI and how public characters, stories, profiles, labels, and creator responsibilities are handled.

Creator Responsibility
Creators are responsible for the characters, story cards, descriptions, images, labels, and public profile information they publish. Public creator content must comply with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and this policy.
Public Review
Characters, stories, and creator profiles may be reviewed before or after public listing. Alphane may reject, remove, restrict, or make private content that is unsafe, misleading, low-quality, infringing, or inconsistent with public discovery standards.
Accurate Labeling
Creators must describe content honestly. Titles, tags, genres, character traits, age context, relationship settings, and safety labels must not mislead users. Content should not hide prohibited material behind vague labels.
Romance and Minor Safety
Creators may publish non-explicit companionship, emotional roleplay, dating scenarios, and light flirtation when they remain story-focused. Public content must not include sexual roleplay, explicit sexual content, sexual violence, sexualized physical intimacy, or any sexualization of minors. Minor characters must remain in safe, non-romantic, non-sexual, and age-appropriate contexts.
Fictional Character Disclosure
AI characters are fictional. Creators must not present AI characters as real people, sentient beings, official representatives, or endorsed public figures unless they have clear authorization and the presentation is not misleading.
Intellectual Property
Creators should only publish content they own, have permission to use, or are otherwise legally allowed to use. Alphane may remove or restrict content that appears to violate copyright, trademark, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other rights.
Creator Credits and Earnings
Creator Credits are non-cash, non-transferable internal contribution points. They may be used only for platform rewards such as profile decoration, creator badges, tool quota, event access, and review-required display or recommendation applications. Creator Credits cannot be sold, transferred, withdrawn, converted into Creator Earnings, or redeemed for money or gift cards.
Creator Earnings are tracked separately from Creator Credits. Creator Earnings may come from approved tips, creator incentive programs, campaign prizes, or other platform programs, subject to review, fraud checks, eligibility, taxes, payout method availability, and applicable law. Payout requests are manual-review by default and do not guarantee approval or immediate payment.
Alphane may adjust, reverse, withhold, or revoke Creator Credits, Creator Earnings, display applications, payout requests, or creator eligibility for policy violations, fraud, chargebacks, abuse, legal compliance, or operational error.
Creator Checklist
Before publishing, check that your content:
- Is safe for public discovery
- Uses accurate labels and descriptions
- Does not include sexual content or sexual roleplay
- Does not sexualize minors
- Does not mislead users about real people or official endorsement
- Does not expose private personal information
- Respects intellectual property rights
